Etisalat Case Study
Etisalat attended the Mobile World Congress, Barcelona, 2011 where collective topics of interest in the mobile industry are addressed, specifically for mobile operators worldwide. They were looking for an advertising agency in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to design a campaign identity that was a direct translation of the brand and its achievements over the past years.
The agency utilised the element of growth at the foundation of the concept when designing collaterals for the event, which included retail branding, outdoor media such as flags and banners, brochures and flyers, and of course the very challenging but highly effective Etisalat shaped ‘bonzai’ trees. O2 came up with these trees as a way to symbolise the most important aspects of Etisalat’s Brand Identity, its roots, growth, and ever-lasting simplicity.
